We are launching a new service for people who are living with dementia, and their carers, to access a safe, therapeutic community space which promotes activity and wellbeing.
It will also provide the opportunity to gain in-person support and advice from health and social care professionals as well as an on-site Occupational Therapist.
The Memory Wellbeing Hub is a partnership between Canvey Island Care Network and Sport for Confidence, and is being launched with the kind support of the Canvey Rotary Club.
It will be held on the third Wednesday of every month at Waterside Leisure Centre.
